How is my account changing?

Your Nyhart Health & Benefits savings and spending accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, LSA, Commuter) will continue to be administered on the current technology platform, powered by WEX. The administration of these plans will still be supported by the team you interact with today. The main difference you will experience is transitioning to this new support page to log in to your savings and spending accounts on 5/1/24.
 
As the rebrand to Chard Snyder, a WEX company, progresses, you will begin to see Chard Snyder branding replace Nyhart Health & Benefits on your forms, educational materials, benefit cards, mobile app, etc. The rest of your experience within the participant portal and mobile app will remain the same. We expect the rebrand to be completed by 6/28/24.

How do I log in to my new account?

As of 5/1/24, you will log in to your participant portal using the Participant Login button in the top right corner of this site. Pick the correct option from the dropdown. Your experience within the participant portal will be slightly different.
 
If you have previously logged in to the Nyhart Health & Benefits portal:

  • On the Login page under Existing User, enter your current Nyhart Health & Benefits portal username, then click Next.
  • Click the Forgot Password? link next to the Password entry box and follow the prompts to request a password reset.
  • After new password setup, you will be directed to the portal home page.

 
If you have never logged in to the Nyhart Health & Benefits portal or mobile app:

  • On the Login page under New User, click Get Started.
  • Follow the prompts to verify your identity and set up credentials, then go to the portal home page.

 
NOTE: Participants who have previously logged in to the Nyhart Health & Benefits mobile app can use those login credentials on the updated participant portal and mobile app.

Will I still be able to access my account funds?

You will be able to access your funds as usual with no interruption.

Will I use a new mobile app?

The current Nyhart HSA/FSA/HRA mobile app will be rebranded and renamed the CS Benefits Accounts mobile app. Once the updates are deployed, you will notice the changes right away if you have auto updates enabled on your mobile device. Otherwise you may need to do a manual update of the app to see the new name and branding. Once you log in to the mobile app, you will find similar information and options for managing your account.
 
If you have never used the mobile app before, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play to manage your account anywhere, any time. Use the mobile app to easily check your account balance, submit claims, make payments, scan items for eligibility, snap a photo of a receipt and submit it with your claim, track expenses, and more.
 
Search for the CS Benefits Accounts mobile app. You will see this icon:
 

Will I receive a new benefits card?

Keep using your current Nyhart HSA/FSA/HRA benefits cards until they expire. Once your current cards expire, you will be mailed two new Chard Snyder Benefits Cards to the address listed on your account. Both cards will contain the name of the primary account holder, but can also be used by your dependents. New cards must be activated before use; call the number on the sticker on the front of the card to activate.

How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

Continue to submit claims as you do today. Beginning 5/1/24, you will log in to your participant portal using the Participant Login button in the top right corner of this site to submit claims. You can also continue to submit claims via the mobile app.

What mailing address do I use?

Mail claims and general correspondence to the same address you use today: P.O. Box 2905, Fargo, ND 58108-2905. Submitting claims via the participant portal or mobile app will provide quicker processing and reimbursement.

How do I reach Customer Service?

You can continue to contact our Participant Services team using the same phone number you do today (800-284-8412). As of 4/15/24, the email address you use to contact us is csaskpenny@wexinc.com.

How do I log in to my account?

For savings and spending accounts, use these credentials:

  • Username – Use your Nyhart Health & Benefits employer portal login username
  • Temporary password – Look for an email on 5/1/24 from our Client Services team with your new temporary password. This password expires quickly, so please log in as soon as you see the email and create a new permanent password. Reach out to your account team if you have trouble logging in.

For COBRA & Billing accounts, use your existing UnifyHR employer portal credentials to log in via the new support site or at UnifyHR.

Will my service experience change?

Our commitment to providing excellent service to both you and your employees is unwavering. While our name and branding will change, the same support team will continue to serve you and your employees.

How do I reach my Client Services team?

You can continue to contact our Client Services team at the same phone numbers as you do today. As of 4/15/14, we have transitioned to @wexinc.com email addresses. You can reach your account team member at firstname.lastname@wexinc.com.

How will my employees reach you?

Your employees can continue to call our Participant Services team using the same phone number (800-284-8412) they do today. As of 4/15/24, the email address participants use to contact us is csaskpenny@wexinc.com.

Will you be communicating these changes to participants?

Starting the week of April 1, we will communicate with participants in these ways:

  • Participants will see a message in the participant portal after they log in to their current Nyhart Health & Benefits account letting them know about the upcoming rebrand to Chard Snyder, a WEX Company, and the new integration landing page.
  • We will email participants for whom we have active email addresses several times advising them of the change and providing the details below.

You may also wish to notify your employees to ensure they have this information.

Where do I send my monthly administration fee payment?

As of 5/1/24, you will begin receiving monthly administrative payment invoices at the beginning of the month via email from Chard Snyder. (There will be a two-week delay in April’s billing.) Please contact health.billing@wexinc.com with questions. Beginning 5/1/24, if you pay your monthly fee by check, please send your payment to Chard Snyder, P.O. Box 22247, New York, NY 10087-2247.

Will you be providing new service contracts?

Your current Nyhart Health & Benefits service agreement will be assigned to Chard Snyder and will not need to be updated now. Future service agreements will come from Chard Snyder.

How is my account changing?

Your Nyhart Health & Benefits account will be rebranded to Chard Snyder, a WEX Company, otherwise your experience will not change.

How do I log in to my account?

You will continue to use the same online account administered on the UnifyHR platform and log in to the same site you use today. You do NOT need to create a new account.

Where do I mail my payments?

As of 5/1/24, address your payments to Chard Snyder, a WEX Company, P.O. Box 6764, Fargo, ND 58108-6764. Checks should continue to be made payable to UnifyHR. You can also log in to your account and make a one-time or recurring online payment quickly and easily. Find instructions to set up a recurring payment here.

Will my current recurring premium payments continue?

If you already have a recurring payment set up, you will not need to make any changes to your recurring ACH schedule.
