July 15
On July 15, we included an insert with the monthly billing reminder that goes to your current COBRA and Billing participants to let them know about the upcoming changes.
August 20
On August 20, we included an insert with the monthly billing reminder that goes to your current COBRA and Billing participants to let them know about the updated timeline.
September 2
The week of September 2, we will provide additional resources for you to learn about the platform including recorded webinars, FAQs, and instructional videos.
Early September
In early September, you’ll receive a LEAP registration email containing instructions and your credentials for logging into LEAP. This will give you access to our Knowledgebase and your new employer portal. Once you receive these credentials, you should begin adding any new qualifying events in the new system. During the transition, any updates made in UnifyHR will be transferred to WEX manually, which may cause a delay. You will also have access to view historical data in the UnifyHR platform through October 31.
September 12
On or around September 12th, we’ll mail a letter to all current COBRA Participants and Qualified Beneficiaries to give them all of the important details like where to send payments and how to log in to their accounts.
September 18
On or around September 18th, we’ll mail a letter to all current Billing participants to give them all of the important details like where to send payments and how to log in to their accounts.
October 31
October 31 is the last day you’ll have access to view data in the UnifyHR platform.
