You’ll receive an email with your username and temporary password the week of September 2. This will give you access to LEAP which includes our Knowledgebase and the employer portal.

On or around September 12, we will mail a letter to COBRA participants and Qualified Beneficiaries to let them know of the changes, including instructions on how to log in to the portal. We will send the same information to billing participants on or around September 18.
